Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our services and how we can help you.

1What services do you provide?

We provide assistance with Aadhaar, birth/death certificates, caste and income certificates, voter ID, passport, driving licence, land records, banking, insurance, pension, taxation (PAN, ITR, GST), agriculture schemes, education, healthcare, legal aid, employment registration, business registration (MSME), digital services (DigiLocker, eSign, DSC), recharge, utility bills, and Punjab government services. Browse our Services section for the complete list.

2Do I need to bring original documents?

Yes. Most government services require original documents for verification. We will advise you on the exact documents needed for your specific application when you visit our centre.

3How long does the process take?

Processing times vary by service. For example, Aadhaar enrollment typically takes a few weeks for the card to arrive. Passport applications may take 2–4 weeks (Normal) or less (Tatkaal). We will provide an approximate timeline when you apply.

4Are your services aligned with official government portals?

Yes. We assist citizens with applications that are submitted through official government portals such as UIDAI, Passport Seva, NVSP, PM-KISAN, Udyam, DigiLocker, and others. We do not operate any parallel or unauthorised systems.

5What are the charges?

Government-mandated fees apply for each service (e.g., passport fee, PAN fee). We may charge a nominal service fee for assistance, form filling, and document preparation. All charges are transparent and communicated before you proceed.

6Can I apply online myself, or do I need to visit your centre?

Many services can be applied online directly through government portals. However, some require in-person visits (e.g., biometric capture for Aadhaar). We are here to help if you need assistance with the process, documents, or submission.

7Is Aadhaar enrollment free?

Yes. Aadhaar enrollment is free at UIDAI-authorised centres. Beware of agencies charging fees for enrolment. We follow UIDAI guidelines.

8How can I track my application?

You will receive an acknowledgement or reference number when you apply. You can track status on the respective government portal. We can help you with the tracking process.
