Udyam Registration

Register your micro, small or medium enterprise (MSME) on the official Udyam Registration portal. Registration is free and paperless.

Overview

Udyam Registration is the official Government of India portal managed by the Ministry of MSME. It classifies enterprises as Micro, Small, or Medium based on investment and turnover. Registration is mandatory for availing MSME benefits and government schemes. The official portal is udyamregistration.gov.in—beware of fake sites charging fees.

Eligibility

Micro: Investment ≤ ₹2.5 crore, turnover ≤ ₹10 crore
Small: Investment ≤ ₹25 crore, turnover ≤ ₹100 crore
Medium: Investment ≤ ₹125 crore, turnover ≤ ₹500 crore

Note: Registration is free. No consultant or other portal is authorised to charge for Udyam registration.
