New Voter ID Card

Apply for a new Electors Photo Identity Card (EPIC), commonly known as Voter ID, through the Electoral Registration process. Managed by the Election Commission of India.

Overview

To vote in Indian elections, you must be enrolled in the electoral roll. Once enrolled, you receive an EPIC (Voter ID card). You can apply online through the National Voters’ Service Portal (NVSP) or via Form 6 at your nearest Electoral Registration Officer (ERO).

Proof of age (passport, birth certificate, Class 10 certificate, etc.)
Proof of address (Aadhaar, utility bill, bank passbook, etc.)
