e-Shram Card Registration
Register in the National Database of Unorganised Workers to obtain an e-Shram card. Enables access to social security and welfare schemes for workers in the unorganised sector.
Overview
e-Shram was launched by the Ministry of Labour & Employment in August 2021. Registered workers receive a 12-digit Universal Account Number (UAN). Benefits include pension (₹3,000/month) and accident insurance (₹2 lakh). Registration is free.
